Refund Policy

What is covered

Every digital product sold by The Ink Atelier is covered by a full 7 day money back guarantee, counted from the date and time of your purchase. That includes the main template collection, every bonus included with it, and any additional digital product you added at checkout or afterwards.

You do not need to explain yourself, justify your decision, or prove that you used the material. Changing your mind is a valid reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email us within 7 daysWrite to support@theinkatelier.shop from the same email address you used at checkout, so we can find your order quickly.
2. Use the word refund in the subject lineThat is all we need. If you have your order number handy you can include it, and if you cannot find it, do not worry, we will look it up for you.
3. We take it from thereYou do not need to return anything, delete anything, or fill in a form. There is no phone call and no retention script waiting for you.

How long it takes

The final step is out of our hands. Once we issue the refund it is your bank or card issuer that decides how quickly the money appears on your statement.

Because this product is digital

Access is delivered instantly by email after checkout, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to send back. If your files never arrived, please check your spam folder first, then email us and we will resend your access right away. A delivery problem is not a reason to lose your purchase, and we would much rather fix it than refund it.

After a refund is issued, your license to use the material ends and the files may not be shared, resold or redistributed. We do not chase anyone over files they already downloaded, and we trust you to honour that.

Recognising the charge on your statement

If you do not recognise a charge, please email us before contacting your bank. Almost every case we see is simply a purchase made under a different name than the one shown on the statement, and we can clear it up in one message. Opening a dispute with your bank takes weeks and freezes the process for both of us, while an email to us usually settles it the same day.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged as a single one time payment. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no recurring fee of any kind. Promotional pricing can change at any time, and a later price change is not grounds for a partial refund on an earlier order.
